Official Rules & Regulations

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase
• Participants must be residents of Saskatchewan or Canada
• Employees and immediate family members of St. Michael's at Madge and Christ The Teacher Catholic School are eligible to participate
• Valid government-issued identification may be required to claim prizes

2. Ticket Sales

• Ticket price: $20.00 CAD per ticket
• Maximum tickets available: 3,500
• Ticket sales begin: September 22, 2025
• Ticket sales end: December 27, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST
• All ticket sales are final - no refunds or exchanges
• Tickets may be purchased online, in person, or by phone
• Payment methods accepted: cash, check, credit card, debit card, e-transfer

3. The Draw

• Draw date: Sunday, December 28, 2025 at 4:00 PM CST
• Draw location: Christ The Teacher Catholic School, 45 A Palliser Way, Yorkton, SK S3N 4C5
• The draw will be conducted in accordance with Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority regulations
• Winners need not be present to win
• All ticket numbers have an equal chance of winning
• Prizes will be drawn in order from lowest to highest value

4. Prizes

Total prize value: $600,646.00 CAD

Prize Breakdown:

• 1st Prize: $500,000 (cash or vehicle option)
• 2nd Prize: $50,000 (cash or vacation package)
• 3rd Prize: $25,000 (cash or home renovation)
• 4th Prize: $10,000 (cash or technology package)
• 5th Prize: $5,000 (cash or shopping spree)
• 6th-10th Prizes: $2,129.20 each (entertainment packages)

5. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted by phone and email within 48 hours of the draw
• Winners' names will be posted on the website and announced on social media
• Winners must respond within 30 days of notification to claim their prize
• Valid government-issued photo identification and the winning ticket (or confirmation email) must be presented to claim prizes
• Winners may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release

6. Prize Claiming

• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date
• Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be donated to Christ The Teacher Catholic School
• Winners must provide valid identification and proof of ticket purchase
• For prizes with options (cash vs. item), winners must make their selection within 7 days of notification
• Prize delivery or pickup arrangements will be coordinated with winners

7. General Conditions

• All decisions made by St. Michael's at Madge regarding this raffle are final
• The organizers reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value
• The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets
• The organizers are not responsible for technical issues that may affect online ticket purchases
• By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these official rules
• Winners consent to the use of their name and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Privacy

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this raffle will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan. Participants agree that any legal action must be brought in the courts of Saskatchewan.
